Wusthof Hollow Santoku Knife (Grand Prix)
Did anyone order one of these at cutleryandmore.com. I just picked one up for 49.99. I've been looking to buy it but was waiting to find a good price. I've seen it for 70.00. If anyone out there has it, are you satisfied with it?

Wusthof Hollow Santoku Knife (Grand Prix)
I have one - got for x-mas. I find it difficult to sharpen because the
blade "wabbles" as I stroke it against sharpener - due to the hollows. I like the shape of the santuko for cutting and dicing, but I'd get the straight edge - not the hollow shape.
