Al Dente Pasta Machine
I received an Al Dente Pasta Machine for Christmas a year ago. I have only
used it maybe ten times. I pulled it out to make ravioli several weeks back. When I got to the next last thickness setting I noticed that the gap between the rollers was wider on one end than the other. I was unable to close the wider sides gap. I disassembled the machine and discovered that the hole in the regulator knob where the shaft of the roller comes through was reamed out. I have attempted to contact VillaWare (the manufacturer) to get a replacement knob, by mail and from their web site, several times and get no responce. It's not in warranty so I told them that I was willing to purchase one. Does anyone have any sugestions where I might get the replacement part?.........Thanks Charlie |

I assumed that was intentional. |
