Default Dehydrator Recommendations

Hello,

I'm looking for dehydrator recommendations, primarily for beef jerky but

I used my daughter's dehydrator some time ago, but it runs too hot and

adjustment for heat or anything else.

Any advice appreciated!

Thanks,

Knox G.

though I'm not saying Cabelas is necessarily the least expensive place to
buy it.
