Default looking for a hard-to-describe towel-widget

I used to have a wonderful little under-the-counter-lip clamp for kitchen
wipes. One end was a small eyelet with a screw that threaded into the
underneath of the counter lip; hanging from the eyelet was the business end
of the contraption: two sort of scalloped circles that would clamp together
to hold a kitchen wipe. You tightened the clamp by sliding a, uhhhm,
slider down the little arms that terminated in the clamp. Boy, this is hard
to describe (for me.) Anyway, if you've seen one these you'll probably know
what I'm talking about. I want some.
