Default Wolf vs. Viking Appliances

I am remodeling my kitchen and am considering Wof and Viking
appliances. Anyone have them, what are the pros and cons of each.
Also I currently have a double built-in oven. Access is very easy (no
stooping or bending). I am considering the single unit cook-top above
the ovens. This requires stooping and bending to access the ovens. I
am concerned that as I get older this may become a problem. Anyone
have any experience with this.
