Default Oh No! Another Sharpening Question

My wife gave me a wonderful Food Garnishing kit. There are a number of
"Gouges" and shaping tools. Which of course are at the moment quite
sharp. However I do foresse when they will become blunt. Any suggestions
for sharpening shaped tools?

Thank you

Shaped stones. They are used all the time by wood turners to sharpen tools
used on the lathe. Check out all sorts of sharpening devices at
www.leevalley.com While there, be sure to order the 4.95 jar opener and a
set of Chinese scissors.
