Default wolf - Infrared Griddle

Does anyone know if the Wolf 48" cooktop has an infrared griddle? I don't
see how anything but the grill could be infrared.

What exactly is an "infrared grill"? I have heard reference to them
but don't know how they work. Both Wolf and Blue Star claim to have
the highest BTU's on their infrared grill.
