wrote in message oups.com... I'm looking to remodel the kitchen of a recently purchased home which, because of it's galley-like kitchen area, will require appliances with space optimizing qualities. I'm looking at the Equator models RF 800 or RF 1000: http://www.equatorappliance.com/prod...s_freezers.asp and was wondering if there were other manufacturers that I could consider with competing products. Can't find anything obvious from a web search. You might the drawer type refrigerators and freezers. http://froogle.google.com/froogle?so...r+refrigerator Also, Avanti makes some small refrigerators: http://froogle.google.com/froogle?so...i+refrigerator |

I'm looking to remodel the kitchen of a recently purchased home which,
because of it's galley-like kitchen area, will require appliances with space optimizing qualities. In my apartment, I have a Whirlpool "Princess Line" refrigerator. It's about 10 cubic feet and is narrower and shorter than a standard refrigerator. I don't know if this line is still made - my fridge is probably 10 years old or more. If you like to cook, a small refrigerator is really a pain to deal with. The small size of the freezer is the worst part - I ended up buying a free standing freezer (which I put in my living room) because the tiny freezer was so restrictive - even for a single person.
