Default Coffee Retail Trade Show?

I come from the retail music industry where we have what is called the
NAMM show (National Association of Music Merchants). They put 2 on per
year and all the major manufacturers get together to show off their
products.

Is there such a thing in the coffee industry? I would like to gets up
close with some of the more high end commercial machines.

Several. You're just about to miss SCAA-Seattle, which is probably the
biggest one.
