Default Krups Vivo

Can anyone tell me the correct/ best amount of coffe for a Krups Vivo
espresso machine. Should I pack it hard or not? I bought the machine today,
but the results were disappointing. I also have a De Longhi combi machine
which makes a perfect espresso.
