Default Two hole steam tip on Techno

I had previously reported good microfoam with the following steam tip
on my Techno:

http://www.chriscoffee.com/products/...woholesteamtip

However, it has been reported that with the 220V Techno unit, this tip
can result in boiler overheating (for which there is a built-in safety
cutoff in the Techno) and indeed this did happen with my machine.

As an experiment I drilled a third hole (using a #59 wire size drill),
resulting in a third hole of about the same diameter and angle as the
other two holes. I found that this tip generates quite good microfoam
(better than any other tip I've tried incluing the new Techno 3-hole
tip) and I have not had any incident of boiler overheating with the
modified tip (I typically steam about 8 oz of milk).
