Be careful when you are melting chocolate else it can go lumpy.
Chocolate is very sensitive to temperature. The best way to melt chocolate (apart from in your mouth) is in a heat-proof bowl suspended over a saucepan of warm water. The water should not touch the bowl, nor should steam or water touch the chocolate. Melt the chocolate slowly. Best wishes A place for lovers of chocolate recipes |
