I'm generally asleep in the night time, and it's harder to find my mouth.

I eat chocolate the first thing in the morning, right before
my vigorous 20 minutes of cardiovascular workout.

I've tried exercising without the chocolate, and I seem
to hit an energy wall much sooner without it. I believe
the sudden surge of energy hits my bloodstream at just
the right time to power my workout.

Of course, it could all be placebo effect.
