Hi. I made a cake that calls for a ganache frosting. Must I store it in the
refrigerator? How about a frosting made with 1/2 cup heavy cream, sugar and chocolate - must that be refrigerated as well? Both recipes call for heating of the cream, if that makes any difference. I plan to make the frosting/ganache today and serve the cake tomorrow. Happy Holidays, all! |
