A low Cal dessert sounds like a great idea, but unfortunately I can't
help you out much! However, my grandma makes a great dessert which she
likes to call "Low calorie bars" as a joke since they are so bad for
you! It's a layer of German chocolate cake mix, a layer of melted
caramel with chocolate chips sprinkle over the top, and then then the
remaining German chocolate mix on top of that! They are very good and
pretty easy to make!

My Tiramisu recipe comes from a diet site (low carb) on the internet
and calls for Splenda instead of sugar. While I never use Splenda,
and I buy commercial Lady Fingers, I found the recipe to be pretty
good.

Here's the URL
http://www.lowcarb.ca/karen/recipe037.html

Mind you, the amount of cream is HUGE, and I've cut it down from 500gr
to 300gr of the cheese, as well as using only 3 eggs and 3 tbs of
sugar (Splenda). Instead of the rum, you can use chocolate liqueur
(but I use Kaluah).
