Default Run a Sweet Shop vintage confectionary manual 1939

The Sweet Shop A Handbook for Retail Confectioners 1939 by Charles
Vernon VGC 332 pages
A really unusual vintage book, very hard to find anything on this
subject in fact! This is a manual for the prospective proprietor of a
sweet or chocolate shop.Packed with all of the tricks of the trade from
display to wrapping and beyond.Very through. I'd guess this would be
ideal for anyone thinking of opening a modern by traditional, quality
sweet or chocolate outlet.

Some headings :- The goods you sell/ Keeping stock in good condition /
Window display / Inside display / Good serving / Shop fitting &
decoration / Additional trade (Ice cream biscuits etc) and so on.
