Default Spending for chocolates.

Hi.
I see, that there is a huge price gap, between different brands of
chocolates.
I can pay Euro 1.00 for a Pavlides, or ION Greek made 70% bars, which
have a very good quality, while I can pay from Euros 2.50 -5.00, plus
postage, to import some bars from France,(Kluzel), or Germany,
(Vivani,Lindt,Dolfin), or UK, (Montezuma"s).
How much money should one pay for a good bar, not paying "name"?
