Choc. Bar containing candied orange peel?

Me, I have pure orange oil and I'll melt and or temper anywhere from 62%- 72% chocolate (depending what I have on hand) and add the oil too taste. Droste Orange Milk Chocolate Pastilles are what got me started 40+ yrs. ago. Aloha David
