Guinness doubly so. it depends on the size of the glass... try one fifth of the of the glass's hight. |

On a standard British pint glass, I prefer about a finger's worth, which is probably a bit over half an inch. Still leaves me a good 90 percent of more of actual beer to enjoy. -Steve |

I am paying for beer, not nitrogen filled foam. |
