Little Creatures Ale IS excellent, Gunter. You should try it asap.

I will have to pay my friend a visit...does this beer age well? (saying he
doesn't drink it all himself)

Tasted the little creatures PA last weekend. Indeed a spuberb brew. Did a
side-by-side tasting with Sierra Nevada PA, but the SN stood nowhere. The
2004 SN Celebration Ale made up for its brother afterwards however...but in
the end a Rochefort 8 overclassed all the beers we had before.

It is a fairly mild APA by today's standards. Still a nice
beer when fresh.

Agreed. It's more of what an APA is today.

That's easy to see. A truly world class beer.

Little creatures is made in Western Australian. There are a few good smaller
breweries there.
I'd still rather go to Belgium though, as the dark ales are a bit dull.
