Default Victory New Beer in June

Victory's web site says they are doing a release in June that is a new style
for them. Any guesses as to what it may be?

Yeah, right!!! I don't see that happening, but maybe pre-prohibition style
American Pilsner?

But seriously, maybe Schwarzbier? Have they ever done a
straight-up Brit/Scot/Irish style, like a bitter, porter, or
(non-Imperial) stout?

Yes they have a great bitter on tap - Uncle Teddy's Bitter - awesome
session stuff, and Workingman's Porter, also very quaffable.

As for the non-imperial stuotm I do't know.

Steve again -

ISTR they also had good mention for a Mild?
A beer that even many UK breweries don't bother with; as it's seen as
an old man's drink (& also previously had something of a bad
reputation, as the cask that all the 'slops'(*) were dumped into!)

When well-kept & well-brewed, however, the experience of a session on
good cask mild is sublime. My favourites are the darker, roastier &
chocolatey examples from the midlands (e.g. Holden's, Batham's,
Enville, Sarah Hughes (6%abv!), plus the excellent Cain's Mild, from
Liverpool).
cheers,
MikeMcG.
(*) slops - unfinished pints, off beer, ullage, samples, etc)

I think they've done both an ESB and definitely a porter, but I don't know
that either was ever bottled.
