Last year's Dominion Spring Brew was an overdone, syrupy, weird tasting
entry in the obnoxious "imperial pilsner" sweepstakes. Anyone tried this
years? Had it the other day and it has improved dramatically. They dry-
hopped it this year and it seems to have killed of the cloying residual
sweetness from last year. Huge noble hop bite. Really good stuff. It's
forcing me to revise my "all imperial pilsners" suck theory, though I'm
thinking of maybe just making it the exception that proves the rule.
