A detailed guided and pictorial tour of the inns of Old England and Wales,many of these have now disappeared.Many illustrations of exteriors and interiors.A heavyweight and detailed old book,in great condition. Some chapter headings:- The Patchwork English Inn, In East Anglia- Essex,A round of hertfordshire Inns, Shropshire and North Wales, Middle England-the South, Through Hampshire and Berkshire into Wiltshire,Some Yorkshire Inns etc. A lovely and rare old book.
