Default Proper Irish Pubs II - "This Time it's Personal"

That time of year again. Updates, corrections, suggestions wanted.
This is the pub guide selected by people in Ireland or regular
visitors and not some commercial brewery or any other vested interest.
Reward the publicans who respect their customers.
