I received letters from Sen. Pat McGee, Assymn John McNerny, Edward F. Kelly
(Chairman of NYS Exec. Dept, Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control), emails
from: Peter Certo (Certo Bros. Distr.), Assymn Brian Higgins, Assymn Dave
Townsend, and an email from Labatt Breweries. All the responses have stated
that they will most likely change the law in January and extend the time
period from 30 days to 90 or 120 days (but nothing definitive). We have to
keep those letters coming, and get the website visit totals up there. No
elected official wants bad press if there is a simple solution. Please write
to these people and keep bugging them. We can change this if we keep the
letters and emails up.
