This is an interesting ale, it has many of the characteristics of a
porter in terms of taste and color. I tried it because this brewery makes some things I like, and while this was a surprise, it was no exception. Taste is smoky, from what I see this is sort of a top-fermented porter, but decent for all of that. Anyone else tried it? I did a review in more detail for the blog while doing research for the "hoppy brews" series. -- bill davidsen Beer blog: http://blogs.tmr.com/beer Unsigned numbers may not be negative.
