Did up a bushel of crabs last night... wanted to do some BBQ today or
tomorrow to sorta go with 'em for a good meal tomorrow... any suggestions? I'm wanting to do a pork shoulder again, had great luck with my brisket and ribs, wanted to try pulled pork again now, but not sure if that would really go with crabs or not. Heck, might not worry about whether it goes with it or not... just do it anyway. *g* |

You might cook something simple like a chunk of skirt steak and make some fajitas...OR how 'bout smoke roasting a pork loin? Slice that sucker up thin, then serve a few different sauces on the side. Make a sandwich bar spread with different styles of BBQ sauce. Don't forget the bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, hots, mebbe a few hooters girls to serve the beer. |
