According to the centers for disease control, about 76 million
Americans get sick from food borne illnesses each year. Of those
people, more than 300 thousand are hospitalized. And 5 thousand die.
The best way to make sure you and your family don't end up spending the
holiday ill is to know how to safely cook meat. Take a look a this
