Here in Las Vegas, we don't really have the neat kinds like in MO, Texas or the Carolinas. When you're here, try out Memphis Championship or Salt Lick. Salt Lick is a Texas transplant that just started here at the new Red Rock Canyon Station Casino and is now expanding to Sunset Station as well. Both are good, but not as good as you'd find in a "barbecue country." Nonnymus
