Just curious as to what you and Samantha are planning for your Thanksgiving
celebration Monday. Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian compatriots. I'll
probably be too busy to remember to do best wishes on Monday. :-)

Mooches Grassy Ass, Dave. ;0)
Nice to hear from you, again.

The bird has just migrated from the brine tub into a dessicating
overniter in the icebox [That's Emeril-speak for fridge, eh].

The Official T-Day is Monday, but we're hosting the whole famdamily
tomorrow, leaving the Official Day for each household to relax and
enjoy the Care Packages [bird, dressing, gravy, etc] that Samantha
will have sent them home with.

Firstborn is doing the pies this year, and Yours Truly is teaming up
with the K7 for the bird. This year we got the one that lost the
knife fight! Ugliest thing I've seen - I'll carve at the Counter,eh.

Have a nice re-opening! [Why were you closed?]

Harry

Heh, sometimes ugly food is better.

Happy New Year, eh. What kinda calendar y'all use up there? (or maybe it's
too cold to defrost a bird in November. LOL)
