Default BBQ Pickerel Fillets

Barbequed Pickerel Fillets

I was visiting a favorite Aunt and Uncle, they had been fishing earlier
in the week and caught a feast of pickerel... here is a recipe that was
created on the spot, based on what was on hand. It was a huge hit!

1. Ingredients 2 pounds of pickerel fillets (you can substitute
other fish fillets)
2. One Tablespoon of Butter
3. Fresh Ground Pepper
4. (at least) 2 garlic cloves slightly crushed
5. 2 oz, Galliano

Preparation

Lightly butter a large sheet of aluminum foil, and layer pickerel
filets with the thinly sliced sweet onions with a light sprinkling of
garlic and fresh pepper.

When all the filets are in the foil, wrap tightly and place on the
grill of a hot barbeque. Turn the foil package at least twice. This
dish takes about 12 to 15 minutes to cook.

Sounds too simple? It is! Tasty too!
