Default Now that's service

Today I had a sudden malfunction in one of my cookers. This
is all very bad because I have a large load of smoked shrimp
to do and it'll be three times as much work on any of my other
units which don't have the same capacity.

I called customer service and left a message. A few minutes
later the CEO calls me on his cell phone from a golf course.
We work the problem and he decides what part needs replacing
and arranges to have it sent out right away.

You may have heard me talk about cookshack from time to time.
They're not the cheapest in their class (insulated electric
smokers) but they're a heck of a value, especially when
service is important.
