Default Excellent Pig ...

The 3 cuban guys from Miami have an excellent recipe for cooking a pig
http://www.cuban-christmas.com/pigroast.html . Thank You Dave for sharing
that with me. I will do that again sometime, a lot of work but a smashing
success. I didn't even eat much of it. By the time the pig was done, so was
I (the pig got roasted and I got toasted), but it was a great experience
that fed a lot of people, and everyone gobbled it down including a couple of
chefs and a bar-b-cue master who all complimented me on the food. It was
cool.
