Default REQ: chicken wing sauces

I have 18 wings i'm going to grill tonight and am requesting some different
sauces.
I plan on grilling them and then tossing them in the sauces.
Trying a couple different kinds of sauce.

I like them spicy (tabasco) but I have a pregnant wife that like them mild.

Thanks to all that can help out.

Classic Buffalo Wing sauce works well on grilled wings. It's a base of
hot sauce (Frank's brand, but others work too) and melted butter. Hot
is a 3:1 ratio of hot sauce to butter, mild is 1:1. Make them to taste
of course, you know best what you like.

You can also add in other spices you might enjoy with chicken like cumin,
fennel, etc. I know a few people who like more acidity so they add a bit
of vinegar.

Ended up doin a simple dry rub on the wings..
olive oil, s/p, garlic powder, onion power.

I slow cooked them indirect (direct for a little bit) for over an hour and
put in a couple hand fulls of soaked apple chunks about half way through.

Did some spicy smoked bbq sauce, butter and tabasco and the rest just plain
grilled.

I have to say that I preferred the plain best.
Apple wood really makes meat taste good in my opinion.
