Default Pork Brisket, from Spare Ribs ?

Whilst purchasing some spare ribs for the afternoon (wooohoo!).... I
stumbled across something called "Pork Brisket, from Spare Ribs".
I've never see it before. They looked really meaty and very cheap.

Is this the Brisket Bone per the following:
http://www.ribman.com/abtribs.html

Are these any good? They look like nice little pieces of meat?

TIA
