Default First Success

Hi all,
Been lurking here for awhile and over the winter decided to get an electric
water smoker.
Tried spares for my first attempt, rub was a little too spicy and didn't
really cook them long
enough for that wonderful rib experience. Yesterday I decided to try a
turkey breast.
Wow was that good. Brined overnight, brushed on some mayo and a sweet rub
smoked
with apple wood at 200 for about 3 hours. Heaven... Can't wait for lunch
today. Smoked
turkey sandwich with lettuce.

Mark
