Default SS grill: proper care and feeding

Hello

I recently purchased a new stainless steel grill, upgrading from a very
old Char-Broil grill that has served me well. I never did much to
maintain my old grill, but having spent a bit more money on the new
one, I'm looking for ideas on how to properly care for my grill to make
sure it gives me many years of use.

Specifically: How should I season the SS grilling grates (if
necessary)? What is the best way to periodically clean the crud off
the grates? How often should I clean the burners and other areas below
the grates?

Any info is really appreciated.

-Dave
