Thanks. ============================================= Well, I left it all up there because I am not smart enough to tell who is who... but I think I am replying to David... if not, not. Anyway, you all might enjoy visiting a Web site of veterans of "mainly" the Korean deal, but they went back into WW2 and on into VietNam as well. You can click on http://www.sampsonvets.com to get to their site. they have put together a fine military museum up there in Central NY at Sampson State Park (and the US Navy Vets are there, too...) Take a look. You might enjoy the visit. Each September, for the last 6 years, we have enjoyed some Texas chili dogs at the annual reunion at Sampson. Last September we also had some q'd ribs and some fine brisket as well. They have a business meeting on the last full day of things, and that is held in conjunction with a big "pig" and "chicken" bbq. You all should come on up there next September and bring your own special bbq sauces ! Good bunch of folks, those vets. Best to all, Gus Kilthau, Houston, Texas ============================================= |
