Char Broil Electric Smoker
This weekend in preparation for next Friday I was smoking 2 Large Picnic's
in the electric smoker. To make a long story short after about 10 hours I noticed the temp was going down. As it turns out the thermostat burned out. The unit is about 20 months old. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks Dimitri
