Yea I guess after a couple of beers that only sounded like a question to
me.thanks for responding anyway.I smoked them with the membrane on because I got tired of trying to pull it off.I used a rub that I got here but I can't remember who to thank.Thanks again guys "Bo Hica" wrote in message ... I ate some of them and they were fine. He said to be a tiny bit careful with the knife so as to not shred the meat.
