BBQ in Tallahassee
Heading to Tallahassee this weekend. I went to school there nearly 20 years
back and back then I thought Sonny's was Q. Now that I've evolved a bit, I'd like to taste some of what Tallahassee might have. I'm actually staying in Monticello. See if you can get some pecan wood while you're in Monticello, Brick. There's a wholesale pecan processor in Monticello that might be able to point you to a grower with some trees that need trimming. Pecan is awesome...I've been trying to score some for a couple of years and just haven't been able to hook up, but you're in the right part of the state, so maybe you'll be luckier that I've been.
