Default Brand new Kamado #7

Brand new Kamado #7 just arrived today, and my 30 boxes of Kamado Coconut
coal too!!

I posted a pic in ABF for those that want to gander at it. Just 10 weeks
after ordering and everything came out looking great. I prob would NOT have
bought the meager side table (it' cute, but small!!

I'm pleased to say I was not one of their customer service miscues.

I'm thinking brisket for my break in dish, what do you think!

If you haven't done brisket before, I would suggest doing some butts,
which are more forgiving.
