It's been a while since I got out mine too. Guess I'm gettin to the
point like my Granny who'd cooked it so much it was 2nd nature to her.


Yeah, for me the writing something down helps make the memory "stick"
better. Writing forces you to think about what you did and for a second
time. It's especially helpful when doing something new.

good point. I used to do that when I was homebrewing beer. Sounds like
a plan.

You don't homebrew anymore? That seems a shame since the two go together so

nope, haven't brewed in a few years. Too much other crap goin' on but
maybe I'll get back into it one of these days. The beer it definatly
much better than anything you can buy in the states.
