If anyone is in the Orlando area and wants a used "Genesis Silver A"
in pretty good condition make me an offer. Hasn't been used much since I got my WSM. Apologies is this kind of post is out of line for the group. Jesse |

I've got a Silver B and probably use it 10x as much as my WSM. I'm in love all over again ever since I upgraded and bought the cast iron cooking grates. For easy wood flavor toss a fist-sized wood chunk on top of the front Flavorizer bar. I love my Genesis and wish it was installed in my kitchen! |

Interesting, mine came with the cast iron when I bought it. If it was inside then I'd probably use it a lot for indoor type cooking. But during fathers day I saw my father-in-laws big char grille and it got me thinking of being able to do up a bunch of chicken and steaks at once. Seems to cook more even than my WSM too (when I'm not using it to smoke, without the bullet part...) Jesse |
