Default Help finding charcoal bbq?

I am looking for a new, wheeled, hinged-lid type charcoal barbecue, and need
some help from the experienced shoppers here to find what I want. As a point of
reference, the Beefmaster from Barbecues Galore was almost perfect:
http://www.bbqgalore.com/store/item.bbq?invky=5841263
At $200, it has a nice heavy cast iron cooking surface, a drawer-like tray for
removing the ashes, a thermometer in the lid, four wheels, and you can raise or
lower the height of the charcoal. What I don't like is that there is no means
to increase or decrease the amount of air coming in. The louver vents are
permanently open, so I can't regulate the temperature inside, like an oven.
Also, I would like to be able to completely close off the air supply and
extinguish the coals when I'm done cooking. Does anyone know of a manufactured
unit that would fit my many needs? I'm retiring my Weber kettle type. I didn't
like the way you get rid of the ashes, the two wheels, and the detached lid.
Any suggestions? Gary Hastings

What do you want to do? Grill, roast, bake or barbecue? Recommendations
can only be given depending on the application.

For the dirt cheap I liked this one:

or http://tinyurl.com/2hstn

I put the lump on one side and smoke my meat/fish on the other. For a first
purchase it's not too bad. 3 years ago I got it for 89. it's now up to 119.
