I am the proud new owner of a NB Hondo.
I know it's the not the absolute "BEST" made as far as materials are concerned, but it's made good, and given, care will last a good long time. My questions is about methods to improve heat distribution in the cooking chamber. I've read about installing baffles, extending the exhaust pipe down lower into the cooker, Fire bricks in the bottom etc. Would anyone be able the send photos of the different mods that have been done? It would be greatly appreciated. |
