Is CL the alt.food.bbq troll?

Ripped definition of troll:
A troll is deliberately crafted to provoke others with the intention of
wasting their time and energy. A troll is a time thief. To troll is to steal
from people. That is what makes trolling heinous.

Problem is that I'm trolled(just look at how Monroe or even yourself at the
moment). I'm either offering suggestions/help or I'm defending a position.
Of the advice I've offered, please cite an example of trying to waste others
time. I'm guilty of one thing, speaking my mind and not running away from
the ridicule of a few assholes that would like to make everyone think their
own myopic way. I'm not the first and all it takes is a little googling to
realize that.

The reality is that a good portion of this group are trolls. It it is
because of that why I stand out. In a group of trolls, a regular poster not
sharing the active members of the group beliefs, is a sore thumb. At least
now you can claim to be the green thumb of the group.

I don't care if CAL is a troll. As a long time lurker and learner,
what I care about is that CAL is boring and annoying. Is (s)he a
troll? Who knows. CAL's a twonk as far as I can tell.

Come on Pat who are you to talk? At least I've been helping not to
metion I'm in the process of putting together data for an article for
460x JennAir grill owners. This is the first mod but it is an easy way
to speed up heating and max temperatures for about 9 dollars. It is also
the beginning step that allows for the grill to be used as a smoker.

That is contribution, you are just flaming. No wonder social services
are lackluster.

I have learned much from many contributors here, who have a solid consensus
of opinion, based, it would seem on years' of experience and shared
knowledge.

When I read many of your posts, I hear a dissenting voice, dissembling (not
disassembling). Sometimes your opinions are based on reason; at other times,
it really is a distraction - thus boring and annoyance inducing. So, I
voiced my irritation.

And? I am to blame for social services being lackluster (sic)? Interesting.
Can I be bothered to Google for you? Don't think so.

I guess I have you to thank for stopping me from lurking, and starting me
posting. I think I'll let myself gather momentum and contribute...... Thanks
CAL!!!

Welcome Aboard, Egocentricme. An RFC poster once said that lurkers
are like leeches because they gain all the benefits of a NG but they
contribute Bupkes. Nice to see you join the active portion of ABF.
