Default First attempt at real smokin

Ordered the K #5 and thought it best if I learn how to do this smoking
thing so I got a WSM yesterday and some real lump. First time I've not used
kingsford. Just fired the thing up and threw in 3 good sized hickory chunks
on top of the lump.
I figure if it's a disaster, no big woop. I'm just doing a couple of whole
chix to experiment.

Two stellar choices. And this gives you great capacity for increased grill
space as needed.
