I have some dolphin that I smoked last weekend. I used a brine that I
'borrowed' from the internet and it turned out great! I want to smoke some more tomorrow and make some smoked fish dip. I *had* a good recipe that I can't find. A Google search returns quite a few that are mayo based. I would prefer cream cheese. Anyone? Thanks, Dan |

This one calls for smoked salmon but any smoked fish should work just fine. 2 cups crumbled smoked salmon 1 cup sour cream Garlic salt to taste Dillweed to taste Chips, crackers, or flatbread Mix first 4 ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with chips. Makes 2 cups. -- -frohe Life is too short to be in a hurry |

I tried that. The problem is that it returns links to sites that have multiple
recipes. The smoked fish dip had mayo. Another, unrelated, recipe called for the cream cheese. Thanks Kevin S.
