Default Stainless or Black?

I am a board member in charge of installing a new grill for a 300-unit
condo. Most of what is commercial-grade stuff is stainless steel, but
I have other board members here swearing up and down that the
stainless steel will be hard to maintain and will probably rust. We
live practically on the water and don't have an overhang to protect
against the elements (strong sun and rain), so corrosion is an issue.
But I've also heard that these black grills rust more quickly. What's
the truth? I'm leaning towards DCS or Bull. Any help pointing
towards the right grill will be greatly appreciated. -Sep

In addition to your answers here, you might check with your local parks and
recreation department or visit some large parks with those larger grills.
Pretty sure those are steel and not iron, not stainless though, but what do
I know. But if your going for low maintenance , I'd tend towards municipal
style.
